Westchester Man Urinates Inside Gas Station Convenience Store, Police Say

A Westchester man has been charged after urinating in an open area of a New Canaan gas station's convenience store,  according to police.

Officers responded to the Mobil station at 16 South Ave. on Monday, July 22 at 11:35 p.m. where Henry Ramos Sanchez, 26, of Port Chester, allegedly urinated inside the convenience store area of the gas station, according to police. 

It was additionally reported that Sanchez also urinated on a vehicle parked in the parking lot area of the gas station, said police.

Arriving officers located Sanchez at the intersection of Park Street and Elm Street where he reportedly appeared intoxicated because his breath smelled like an alcoholic beverage, and he could not keep his balance, and his words were slurred when police spoke to him, according to New Canaan Police.

Based on police investigating the alleged incident he was given a misdemeanor summons and is due in court Thursday, Aug. 1.
